The First Declaration in the Regime of Common Transit at the National Level with the Use of NCTS was Issued

The Ministry of Finance and the Customs Service of Ukraine continue the practical implementation of the common transit regime.

On April 8 in Ukraine, the first declaration T1UA in the regime of common transit at the national level, using the national electronic transit system (NCTS), was issued.

Now NCTS is working in Ukraine at the national scale, which is a necessary stage of preparation for Ukraine's accession to the Convention on the Common Transit Procedure and international application of NCTS.

At the stage of national application of NCTS in Ukraine simultaneously with NCTS work the usual system of goods delivery control. During this period, subjects of foreign economic activity can choose the system to which they want to submit transit declarations.

Regular use of NCTS by subjects of foreign economic activity and compliance with the criteria set out in legislation, reliability of internal processes and financial stability are the preconditions for subsequent special transit simplifications.
