Affordable Loans 5-7-9%: 24.1 thousand Loans Totaling UAH 63.6 billion Issued for the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises

During a week under the state program "Affordable credits 5-7-9%" there were issued 439 loans totaling UAH 1.3 billion.

Since the start of the Program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%", authorized banks have issued 24,114 loans totaling UAH 63.6 billion. 
Of these, UAH 7.6 billion was received by entrepreneurs for capital investments, UAH 34.51 billion as anti-crisis loans, UAH 21.43 billion was issued as refinancing of previously received loans.

One of the priorities of the Ministry of Finance is the state support of MSME development, which is carried out, inter alia, due to the program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. The draft State Budget-2022 provides for UAH 3 billion (including Affordable Mortgages of 7%). This will provide support for the development of another 20 thousand entrepreneurs.

The program 5-7-9% is implemented by the Business Development Fund (BDF), which today signed agreements on cooperation with 38 banks on terms of compensation of interest. The program also contributes to the development of the market of credit services for entrepreneurs.

The state program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" is constantly supplemented by additional incentive measures. In September of this year, the entrepreneurs from the Lviv region that made investments and created working places under the program are completely free from paying interest thanks to the Joint Program of Lviv Regional State Administration and BDF.
