The Government Resumes the Child Benefit Payments to Individual Entrepreneurs from the Anti-COVID-19 Fund by the End of the Year

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to resume child benefit payments to individual entrepreneurs from November 01, 2020 to December 31, 2020.

The Government continues to pay the child benefits to those who received it in May-August 2020 year without submitting a new application and the necessary documentation, considering the introduction in Ukraine "weekend quarantine" and the need for state support for children of individual entrepreneurs who chose the simplified taxation system and belonged to the first and second groups of single taxpayers.

Please, note that such support for children can be obtained by individuals who will apply with the necessary documents before December 15, 2020.

The draft resolution will be implemented within the funds allocated for the Ministry of Social Policy from the Anti-COVID-19 Fund.

From April 29, 2020, UAH 830.4 million was allocated from the Anti-COVID-19 Fund to provide the child benefit payments to individual entrepreneurs who chose the simplified taxation system and belong to the first and second groups of single taxpayers. In fact, 87,000 individual entrepreneurs received child benefits for 115,000 children.
