The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine publishes the Letter of Intent and the Memorandum on Economic and Financial Policies for the new Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program dated March 24, 2023.
The documents contain the measures and conditions that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the NBU have implemented and plan to implement and observe during the program in 2023-2027.
The Letter and Memorandum also contain specific steps necessary for the successful completion of the reviews and receipt of the next tranches under the EFF. The documents were approved by the IMF Executive Board on March 31, 2023.
