During a week under the state program "Affordable credits 5-7-9%" there were issued 584 loans totaling UAH 1.43 billion.
Since the start of the Program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%", authorized banks have issued 26,410 loans totaling UAH 69.7 billion. Of these, UAH 8.38 billion was received by entrepreneurs for capital investments, UAH 39.19 billion as anti-crisis loans, UAH 22.18 billion was issued as refinancing of previously received loans.
One of the priorities of the Ministry of Finance is the state support of MSME development, which is carried out, inter alia, due to the program "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. The draft State Budget-2022 provides for UAH 3 billion (including Affordable Mortgages of 7%). This will provide support for the development of another 20 thousand entrepreneurs.
The program 5-7-9% is implemented by the Business Development Fund (BDF), which today signed agreements on cooperation with 38 banks on terms of compensation of interest. The program also contributes to the development of the market of credit services for entrepreneurs.
Recently on the governmental portal the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from October 21, 2021 No 1106 "On amendments to the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from January 24, 2020, № 28 and 29" was published. The draft resolution was elaborated by the Ministry of Finance to attract even more participants to the state programs "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" and "Affordable Mortgage 7%". The decree also introduced a state program of financial leasing for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
The program 5-7-9% is implemented by the Business Development Fund (BDF), which today signed agreements on cooperation with 39 banks on terms of compensation of interest. The program also contributes to the development of the market of credit services for entrepreneurs.
