Announcement of competitive selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company Commercial Bank “PrivatBank”

The competitive selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company Commercial Bank “PrivatBank” shall begin on October 11, 2022.

According to Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Banks and Banking", the number of independent members of supervisory boards of the state-owned banks shall be six persons.

The candidates are chosen through competitive selection from among candidates selected on a competitive basis by the executive search company chosen on a competitive basis in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 159 "On Approval of the Procedure for Competitive Selection of the Executive Search Company for the Nomination of Candidates to the Positions of Independent Supervisory Board Members of a State-Owned Bank" of February 13, 2019.

According to the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 859-r of September 30, 2022, “Executive Search Ukraine” Limited Liability Company was chosen for the selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company Commercial Bank “PrivatBank”.

The requirements for candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of a state-owned bank are set forth in Annex 1 to the Procedure for Competitive Selection of the Executive Search Company for the Nomination of Candidates to the Positions of Independent Supervisory Board Members of a State-Owned Bank, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 159  of February13, 2019 (hereinafter - the Resolution), and in the profiles  of the vacant position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board and the Supervisory Board’s profile matrix approved by the Nomination Commission for selecting candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of a state-owned bank (Minutes No. 1 of August 9, 2022) (attached).

Candidates who wish to take part in the competition must submit documents confirming compliance with the requirements specified by the Resolution and the profile of the vacant position of an independent member of the Supervisory Board and the Supervisory Board’s profile matrix (attached), to the “Executive Search Ukraine” executive search company not later than November 11, 2022:
