Ukraine Received EUR 300 million of the EU Macro-Financial Assistance

Ukraine received EUR 300 million of the European Union financial aid, which is the second part of the first tranche within the new program of the EU macro-financial assistance totalling EUR 1,2 billion. On March 11, 2022, Ukraine received EUR 300 million, the total amount of the first tranche under the new EU macro-financial assistance program amounts to EUR 600 million. These funds will be used to maintain financial stability in Ukraine. Additional information On March 3, 2022, Ukraine and the EU signed a Memorandum of Understanding and a Loan Agreement on receiving by our state concessional funds of EU macro-financial assistance of EUR 1.2 billion.
