The Ministry of Finance Introduces a Mechanism for Preventive Verification of Government Payments

One of the Government’s urgent tasks is to establish a quality system of interaction and information exchange between different authorities.

Among the steps towards the implementation of these tasks is the introduction from January 1, 2021, of preventive verification of information, which is provided by citizens when applying for state aid. For this, the Ministry of Finance has already built an information and analytical platform for verification of public payments, which combines information about the recipient from many sources in one place.

Personal data in the information-analytical platform is effectively protected from external interference.

Currently, the Ministry has developed a mechanism for providing access to the platform of organizations that make public payments, which will ensure quality interaction and information exchange between different authorities.

Preventive verification will also contribute to the efficient and targeted use of budget funds.
