Certain Issues of Carrying out Transactions on Change of Terms of Borrowings under External Debt Obligations


1. To approve the attached list of external debt obligations, in respect of which it is contemplated to carry out transactions on the change of the terms of borrowings, submitted by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine according to the proposal of its financial advisor Lazard Freres SAS.

2. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Infrastructure, State Space Agency of Ukraine, the Ministry of Health, other central executive authorities, Public Joint Stock Company “State Savings Bank of Ukraine” and Joint Stock Company “The State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine” to take actions in order to ensure the performance of the transactions specified in paragraph 1 of this Resolution.
