The Ministry of Finance would like to thank the First Deputy Minister Igor Umansky for his dedicated work

Today, on December 30th, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted the proposal of the Minister of Finance on the resignation of the First Deputy Minister Igor Umansky, following Mr. Umansky's request to the Minister.

The Ministry of Finance would like to thank Mr. Igor for his dedicated and effective work for the good of Ukraine. Thanks to conscientious work of the team of the Ministry of Finance, including the First Deputy Minister Igor Umansky, the Ministry of Finance managed to implement many important steps towards stabilization and economic recovery of Ukraine, including the development and promotion of the Law on State Budget for 2016, which can significantly reduce the tax burden on the economy, and at the same time to balance it through the substantial reduction of budget expenditures.

"The team of the Ministry of Finance was lucky to work with such professional as Igor Umansky. We respect his desire to take a break from the extraordinary burden that Igor had on this position. I thank him for his diligent and devoted work, and for his support and patience in times of crisis"- expressed her gratitude the Minister of Fiance Natalie Jaresko.
