The Ministry of Finance categorically rejects as completely unfounded the accusations of Mrs Tymoshenko against Special government envoy for the public debt VitalyLisovenko made tonight on a TV channel.

Negotiations with creditors were conducted according to internationally recognized standards of transparency, with a committee of creditors and under the surveillance of the International Monetary Fund.

No market anomaly was signalled by market participants or any of the international regulators involved.

The value of the results reached were recognized by a constitutional majority on Thursday in the Rada. Mrs. Tymoshenko recognized the value of this operation by giving her own vote as we as a votes of her political faction. Groundless attacks cannot change the truth and minimize the success of the deal on the restructuring.
