Statement of GCU Secretariat on GDP-Linked Securities Exchange Offer: “The GCU Secretariat assesses that the terms of the treatment of the Warrants as set forth in the Invitation will contribute to restoring debt sustainability, assuming a broad participation in the exchange, and reiterates that the Comparability of Treatment (CoT) principle must be upheld at the time the GCU implements its debt treatment.”
