The Ministry of Finance initiates a public discussion about the draft law on the taxation of distributed profit

The working group responsible for the draft law on the taxation of distributed profit consisting of the representatives of the Ministry of Finance, business, expert community and MPs has prepared a draft law on the taxation of distributed profit which is expected to replace the corporate profit tax.

The Ministry of Finance ensured an absolutely open and transparent process of the draft law preparation involving all interested parties.

In the course of the draft law preparation, the Ministry of Finance hosted more than 20 meetings where the stakeholders could discuss and settle their differences.

Presently, the Ministry of Finance is about to publish the text of the draft law “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the Tax on Distributed Profit” and invites all interested parties to an open discussion.
