Ministry of Finance welcomes the success of the Ukreximbank bond exchanges, encourages creditors to support the forthcoming Oschadbank bond exchanges

The Ministry of Finance welcomes the strong support given today by Ukreximbank's creditors to the exchange of its two Eurobonds maturing in 2015 and 2018, and the subordinated bond maturing in 2016, for a total of US$1.4 billion.

These three exchanges are another successful demonstration of Ukraine’s commitment and capability to finding in good faith mutually acceptable terms with creditors during the current debt operation.

The Ministry also calls on the creditors of Oschadbank to support the consent solicitation for its two Eurobonds launched on 6 July 2015.
