Update on the ongoing litigation before the English Court relating to the so-called Russian debt

Further to previous statements relating to the proceedings ongoing before the English Court relating to the US$ 3 billion Eurobonds purportedly issued by Ukraine in December 2013 and taken up as to 100% by the Russian Federation.

At the hearing that took place before the English Court on 26 May 2017, Mr Justice Blair extended the deadline for filing of Ukraine’s appeal by 14 days from 9 June 2017 to 23 June 2017.

Consequently, Ukraine shall file its appeal papers within that revised deadline.
