The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has mandated BNP Paribas, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs to organize a series of fixed income investor meetings

The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has mandated BNP Paribas, JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs to organize a series of fixed income investor meetings. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine’s financial adviser is Rothschild. The investor meetings will take place in London on 11-12 September, New York city on 13 September and Boston on 14 September. Subject to market conditions, a Rule 144A/Reg S USD benchmark offering by Ukraine will follow. In conjunction, with the proposed transaction, the Ministry of Finance has announced a tender offer for Ukraine’s existing 2019 and 2020 notes
