Ukraine has received €250 million macro-financial assistance from the EU

On April, 21 Ukraine received a tranche of €250 million from the European Commission on behalf of the European Union aimed to support Ukraine's economic stabilization and reform agenda. This is the last disbursement under the first Macro-Financial Assistance (MFA) operation for Ukraine, which amounts to a total of €610 million.

This MFA operation in Ukraine supported reforms in the particular areas of public finance management, anti-corruption, trade and taxation, the energy sector and the financial sector.
